FAQ

1.
I sent payment in on [this date]. Have you received payment yet?
-For everyone's convenience, I have put up a status
page. So if you don't feel like sending an e-mail, you
can check the status of our
trade on my status page. Just double click on the yellow button on the
left or on this link.
There's a whole lot of information on that chart; you can even find the
confirmation number so you can track your package
2. Have you sent out my package yet?
-This information can also be found on the status page.
Look under "Order Sent" for the date that the package was shipped out.
3. Can I get the delivery confirmation number for the package?
-Yes you can. I ship all my packages priority with delivery
confirmation via USPS.
4. How come you haven't updated your status page?
-Just like everyone else, I can get bogged down at times. I
try to update this site at least twice a week. This doesn't always go according
to plans so if you have a pressing question, please feel free to
e-mail
me.
5. We had a very good transaction. Can you please give me positive feedback?
-Yes, that is the proper eBay etiquette after all. Please
don't be offended if it takes me a while to send you feedback. I prefer to leave
feedback for a batch of customers; it is more efficient.
6. I have already left positive feedback. Can you leave me some?
-Even though usually do it in batches, I'll leave feedback ASAP
if you e-mail me about it. I know, it's not your responsibility but I admit I
don't have the best memory.
7. Where did you get (this item) that is in your auction?
-That's classified information. But, really a lot of the
stuff is my own blood and sweat effort. So in response to the people that say
most the copies on eBay are copies of theirs, I say "Thhhhhhhhhhhhbbbbbbbbbbbbtttttttt!"
Most of mine came from over a year of work.
8. Do you insure your items?
-I have never felt it necessary to insure an item
because I trust the USPS. However, if you feel it is necessary, I
will insure it at your expense. My policy is, if you want it, and if it is
humanly possible, I'll do my darnedest to make it happen. (I
know it's not a catchy policy, but it works for me.)
9. You're a jerk. How come you didn't answer my question?
-If you mean in the faq, then I have to say that it is
because I am not a mind reader. If you mean in an e-mail, then it is probably
because: 1) I didn't receive the e-mail 2) I may have missed one of your
questions while answering another (I do get caught up when I talk) 3) If
situation's one and two weren't the reasons then I guess I am a jerk. Well, try
asking again anyway.
10. Hey, can I make you an offer for (this item) and then you can end the
auction early?
-I've never had to handle this problem but if it is a tape
set, you can definitely buy it out of auction. If it is a figure or
something that I do not have multiples of, I would be uncomfortable ending the
auction early unless the buyer offers obscene amounts of money. (I doubt it
would ever happen, but I can hope can't I?)
11. I live in (this American city). How much will it cost to ship the item here?
How long will it take?
-For the tape sets, it is usually $10.40 to any city in the
US. If it weighs more, check out the postage
calculator or e-mail me.
12. I live in (this country) How much would it take to ship there?
-This depends on the service that you prefer. If you choose
shipment through USPS, please go click here,
for the link to the USPS and check out the postage calculator.
